Listen to your Body

If this is your first time in a sauna, or it has been a while, remember to start slow. Just like any physical activity we all start somewhere. No one starts off benching 300lbs or running a 4 minute mile. In the same vain, you might not be able to do traditional sauna temperature at 30 minutes with Löyly (steam) and that is okay! The more you work your heart muscles in a sauna the further you will be able to go.

As always, consult your doctor before participating in intensive cardiovascular workouts.

Hydration

You will sweat a lot! Please hydrate before, during, and after as needed. Water is very important and we have a water station your can grab some at anytime. We also offer electrolyte options to replenish you post sauna

Attire

You’ll definitely be sweating, so swimsuits or gym clothes are a great choice for your session. We recommend leaving jewelry or metal items off, since they can get hot in the sauna.

We do ask everyone to dress modestly: this is a family-friendly space, so no nudity is allowed.

Sandals are perfect, or water shoes if you’re concerned about slipping. We’ve got lockers and changing rooms available, and each guest is provided with a towel.

Just a heads up, shoes aren’t allowed inside the saunas.
There are something to think about before booking that can help you get the most out of your stay.
